How do I get tickets?
You can purchase up to 10 tickets using VISA, Mastercard, AMEX and Paypal HERE
How much are the tickets?
Individual tickets start at $32.50 including fees or $27.50 including fees each for groups of four or more. Kids under the age three (3) are free. We encourage guests to purchase tickets in groups to assist with management at the entrance. See point below.
Do I need to arrive with my group?
We do require guests to arrive and enter with their friends/family if they purchased tickets as a group. If you are waiting for a friend/family member upon arrival, we will ask you to wait at the entrance until so you can enter together. This is due to us being required to track and trace all guests entering Happy Place - all ticketholders are connected to the main ticket purchaser whose contact details we have as they provided during the ticket purchase process. We have careful health protocols in place to ensure that Happy Place is the safest environment possible and ensuring that you arrive as a group will assist us to ensure the best possible experience for you all!
What information do you collect upon purchase and why?
Due to current NSW state government policies, we are required to be able to track all guests at Happy Place in order to be able to contact you should there be a case of COVID-19 connected to the site. The main ticket purchaser will be required to provide their contact details along with the names of any guests attending as a part of their group. If there is any reason for us to need to contact any/all members of your group, we will reach out to the main ticket purchaser and request that contact you on our behalf.
Can I exchange my ticket?
Yes!! Simply contact the Moshtix Fan Experience Team by Phone: 1300 GET TIX (438 849) or CLICK HERE to submit your request. Please note, exchanges are subject to session availability and may only be exchanged for the same price level as offered at a different time or date. Upgrades are not available at this time.
What if I purchase tickets to a previous session that was cancelled?
If you purchased tickets to any Happy Place sessions that were cancelled due to it’s closure mid-march 2020, you will be emailed your new tickets in the coming days. Should you have any queries about this process, please contact Moshtix Fan Experience Team by Phone: 1300 GET TIX (438 849) or CLICK HERE to submit your request.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Absolutely. We would hate for your tickets to go unused. You can transfer your ticket to someone else though they will be required to provide their contact details in order for us to process the transfer. You will need to do this by logging back into your account (created during the ticket purchase process – unless you had an existing Moshtix account) and transferring your ticket into someone elses name. Note – there is a small fee of $5.00 involved in doing so.
Are tickets refundable?
Tickets sales are final and not refundable. You are welcome to transfer your tickets to someone else or exchange your ticket for another day/time provided it is at the same price level and there is availability for that session.
What time do I need to arrive for my timed ticket?
Please arrive within the first 5 minutes of your purchased slot (i.e. Arrive at 3:25 PM for a 3:30 - 4:00 PM Ticket) and no later than 15 minutes after the beginning of your time slot (I.e. No later than 3:45 PM for a 3:30-4:00 PM Ticket). Note your ticket is only valid for the date and time purchased. If you miss your time slot your ticket is no longer valid and entrance/admission is subject to the discretion of the management staff.
How many tickets can I purchase?
You can purchase up to 3 tickets per order at the single ticket price. If you would like to purchase four or more tickets, please use the group ticket option to receive a special group price.
What if there is only 1 ticket available in my time-slot of choice?
Our website gets updated live as ticket sales occur so if you only see 1 ticket available in a time slot, it means we cannot accommodate more than 1 person at that time.
I want tickets for a particular time slot, but I do not see that time slot listed.
This simply indicates that the particular time slot either does not exist or it is 100% sold out. Due to capacity restrictions, we are unable to add tickets to sold out time slots.
When will I receive my tickets via email / text message?
You should receive your tickets shortly after your purchase. Please ensure you have entered your mobile number correctly and/or check your Junk/Spam mailbox as the email may have been sent there.
Do I get food/drinks with my ticket?
There is no food or drink allowed inside the exhibit, but there will be options to purchase food and drink items at the end of the experience.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, in fact, we discourage printing tickets! All you need is your smart phone/tablet to present your ticket.
What if the rest of my party arrives at a different time?
One person can check in for the rest of the party but everyone in your party needs to arrive within the first 20 minutes of your purchased slot so you can start and finish your HAPPY PLACE experience together. Trust us, it’s more fun that way! We also need to ensure that you are connected to the group with whom your ticket was purchased on order for us to be able to track and trace all guests due to NSW State Government regulations related to COVID-19.
Will I have enough time with my allocated time to finish the experience?
Yes. We’ve made sure the time slot allocated to you is enough to fully experience HAPPY PLACE. For anyone attending the final session of any evening, please be aware HAPPY PLACE closes 45 mins after the last group of visitors begin their visit.
Are there children and senior discounts?
Children 3 years and under can come in free of charge (accompanied by a parent/caretaker with a ticket for the session). Children aged from 4 years are eligible for standard ticket prices.
Do you have gift cards?
We are not offering gift cards.
Do you offer group discounts?
We do! Groups purchasing four or more tickets can use the GROUPS option and will receive a special group price.
Do you sell tickets on site?
Yes. You can purchase tickets at HAPPY PLACE. Please note, we cannot guarantee availability, so it is recommended that you purchase your tickets in advance to ensure you’re able to come in at the time and date best for you.
If I purchase the last time slot of the day, will I have enough time to go through the entire exhibit?
Yes!!! HAPPY PLACE will stay open to ensure you get the full experience, but please be aware, we will close our doors to entry 20 minutes after the last time slot is scheduled to begin, so please arrive accordingly. For anyone attending the final session of any evening, please note HAPPY PLACE closes one 45 mins after the last group of visitors begin their visit.

Experience
Is photography allowed?
It is encouraged! DSLR cameras are allowed in HAPPY PLACE. Please note that tripods and selfie sticks are not allowed. Our staff is happy to assist you in taking pictures throughout the exhibit. If you are a member of the press, please contact Michael Hickson at The Comms Department, michael@thecommsdepartment.com.au, to make prior arrangements.
How long will it take to experience HAPPY PLACE?
Approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
What measures are being taken to keep Happy Place Clean and Safe?
We are excited to be in a position to re-open Happy Place after our short break – but the world has changed and we are committed to maintaining the standards stipulated by the NSW Government to ensure we are COVID Safe. Below are the measures we have employed to do so.
Hygiene and Safety
• Consider downloading the COVIDSafe app
• Please don’t visit if you feel unwell, have experienced symptoms of COVID-19 including a fever and sore throat in the last 14 days, or have returned from overseas in the last 14 days.
• Use hand-sanitiser provided throughout the space
• Cough and sneeze into your elbow or a tissue, and put the tissue in a bin (located throughout the venue)
• We have introduced enhanced daily cleaning regimes, including hourly sanitisation of frequently used spaces with disinfectant (more frequent in high traffic areas)
• Deep cleaning is conducted regularly (overnight)
Physical Distancing/Maximum Capacity Guidelines
• Happy Place is more than large enough to accommodate guests (and staff) according to the 1 person per 4 square metre guideline (we have a capacity of up to 200 and have a maximum number of 120 guests/staff in the space at any time). We manage total numbers of people within the space with a scanning system at the entry door and conduct regular counts of the space as a further safety measure.
• We encourage groups of guests (family and friends) to enter together and to stay with their groups as much as possible
• We have signage and decals throughout the space to remind guests of the 1.5m social distancing rule
• During your visit, you might be asked to queue, wait or come back to an area later if necessary. We thank you in advance for your co-operation and patience.
Contact Tracing
• We are required to be able to track all guests at Happy Place in order to be able to contact you should there be a case of COVID-19 connected to the site. The main ticket purchaser will be required to provide their contact details along with the names of any guests attending as a part of their group. If there is any reason for us to need to contact any/all members of your group, we will reach out to the main ticket purchaser and request that contact you on our behalf - all ticketholders are connected to the main ticket purchaser whose contact details we have as they provided during the ticket purchase process.

• Customer contact information will be collected by our ticketing partner – Moshtix and kept for a period of 29 days for the process of tracing COVID-19 infections. Information will be stored confidentially and securely.
Staff Well Being
• We take the health and hygiene of our team seriously. All staff are temperature monitored on arrival and advise NOT to attend their shift should they be feeling unwell.
• All staff have undergone COVID Safe training
• Staff are provided the option to wear a mask if they wish. Staff coming into contact with any surfaces are required to wear protective gloves
General
• Don’t bring large bags/items if possible (we do not have a cloakroom service) - please carry any bags at your side or on your front
• Consider downloading the COVIDSafe app
• No cash – card transactions only at the Happy Place store
• No cloakroom
• Our staff are fully trained to manage the application of the COVID Safe measures above. We conduct a briefing for all guests entering Happy Place to ensure that they are healthy & safe my maintaining these standards. We ask that you are patient and follow the guidance of our team during your visit to ensure the best possible experience for everyone!
• Guests who do not comply with the conditions outlined in the conditions of entry above will not be admitted or will be asked to leave to ensure the safety of all visitors and staff
• We continue to follow the NSW Government health guidelines and will update our procedures as necessary
Above all – a healthy and safe place is a Happy Place!
Can I go through the exhibit twice?
Unfortunately, we do not allow re-entry.

What is HAPPY PLACE?
We are a massive pop-up experience that is filled with smiles, laughs, one-of-a-kind installations, multi-sensory immersive rooms, and a whole lot of selfie moments that you don’t want to miss!
Why HAPPY PLACE?
Because we believe that our world today can use a lot more happiness. To make this dream come true, we set out on a journey to create a special place where anyone who walks in is surrounded by all things happy!
Where are you located?
HAPPY PLACE Sydney is located at Broadway Sydney Shopping Centre - 1 Bay Street Ultimo. Once arriving at the Centre, please take the lifts or travelators to level 3 where you will be directed by signage to the site.
How do I get there?
HAPPY PLACE Sydney is easily accessible at Broadway Sydney.
Car: There is plenty of car parking at Broadway Sydney – for easiest access to HAPPY PLACE, please enter via Bay Street or Francis Street and take the car park lifts to level 4. The first two hours of parking is free, and parking is also free with entry after 6pm.
Bus: Several buses from Martin Place, Central Station and the Inner West have stops within 200m of Broadway Sydney. Please consult Transport NSW’s Trip Planner https://transportnsw.info/trip#/
Train: Broadway Sydney is 1.5km from Central Station. Taxis/Buses/Ride Share can then be taken from Central Station Railway Square to down Parramatta Road to Broadway Sydney, or it’s a 20 minute walk.
Light Rail: Closest light rail stations are Glebe and Central. Both are a 15 minute walk from the centre.

Is HAPPY PLACE wheelchair accessible?
Yes! Most of our activations are completely accessible by wheelchair. A couple of activations are not accessible due to their physical nature. If you have any questions about accessibility please email us on Events.aus@happyplace.me
Are pets allowed at HAPPY PLACE?
At this time, we can only allow for service animals. Must be on a leash.
Are strollers allowed at HAPPY PLACE?
Strollers are not allowed inside the exhibit. We ask you to kindly leave them in your car / at home or let us store them for you when you walk in. We have very limited room for storage and cannot guarantee space.
What is the age limit?
If you are old enough to smile, you belong inside. We want this to be a happy experience for all so we are welcoming children 3 and under free of charge!
Can minors go alone?
Minors under the age of 13 will need to be supervised by an adult.
What should I leave at home?
We encourage you to leave oversized items/bags at home so you can freely experience HAPPY PLACE. Selfie sticks, tripods, large umbrellas, strollers and weapons of any kind are prohibited. Although photography is VERY MUCH encouraged, all professional video equipment is prohibited without advance approval from HAPPY PLACE. What should I bring?
